30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In fully resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

- Include photographic evidence where possible
- We’ll assess the issue and make it right

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
