Hi and welcome to Natural Spa Beauty! You could build a routine and order our beauty bars (they double up as a natural cleanser and an exfoliator due to the added clay content!). If you have super sensitive skin our Gentle Calendula Soap and Organic Chamomile Hydrosol is just perfect! Plus our Organic Carrier Oils are all naturally unscented. WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN SWITCHING TO NATURAL SPA BEAUTY?
If you’re making the decision to try our natural products for the first time, you may experience a transition phase known as skin detoxing. When adopting a new skin regimen, your skin will work to re-balance its pH levels. We recommend giving your skin about two weeks to balance out and adjust to your new routine. During that time, drink plenty of water to help detox from the inside out, eat nourishing foods packed with vitamins and minerals and make sure you are getting enough sleep.
DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
Before using any cosmetic product for the first time, and yes even natural and organic products, we advise that you do a patch test to make sure you're not allergic. You can do a patch test by following these steps:
- On your inner forearm, apply a little product
- You may cover the area with a bandage, or just wait 24 hours
- Remove the bandage (if used) and check the skin underneath. If there's no sign of hives, redness or irritation, then you're good to go

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Presently we don't, and we do recommend you use Natural Spa Beauty for at least 10 days to get used to a new routine. We feel a sample wouldn't give your skin sufficient time to benefit from the product. That is not to say we may not consider it in the future!
WHAT IS YOUR ETHICAL POLICY?
We at Natural Spa Beauty only use raw materials sourced from plants. When purchasing raw materials we research in depth about their origins and only work with suppliers who are responsible, transparent and ethical. All of our products are vegan and we hope this will in turn change the demands in the cosmetic industry and make organic products standard.
We source raw ingredients and materials which are environmentally friendly, natural and organic, ethical, biodegradable and sustainable. We give priority to raw ingredients and materials that have been fairly traded or ethically sourced both locally and from traditional communities or co-operatives. This demand encourages and rewards growers to use organic and co-operative principles in their production, to be more ecologically aware and to ask for a fair deal when selling their produce. This in turn affects the cosmetics market, increasing consumer awareness and demand for such products.
We stand for the positive cycle of change that respects nature, people and animals, and to improve the ability of future generations to help sustain themselves.
We do not support the testing of raw materials, ingredients or finished cosmetics on animals for any purpose and we welcome the European wide ban on the testing of cosmetic products and cosmetic ingredients on animals.
SHIPPING & SUPPORT QUESTIONS
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.
WHAT CAUSES A DELAYED DELIVERY?
Failed delivery attempts – This occurs if there was no one available to receive the package or if there is a misspelling, incomplete or outdated address information. After attempting delivery, your package will most likely be stored in the local warehouse. Please contact your local post office immediately to track it down. If your package has already been sent back to us, simply Contact Us so we can resend it
Lost packages – In the unlikely event that your product is lost in transit, please contact us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. in the case of non delivery please wait for 7 days after dispatch before contacting us.
Holidays – A sudden or unexpected increase in shipment delivery volumes is most common during holiday season. Because of this, delivery may take longer than usual. We will always keep you updated with any changes to your order / delivery by email.
