As the owner and founder of Natural Spa Beauty, I am a female entrepreneur, woman of colour, and mother who knows firsthand the obstacles women can face in pursuing their dreams. While we celebrate the amazing achievements of women on International Women's Day, we must acknowledge that many young women still struggle to achieve their full potential.
