I’m new to Natural Spa Beauty. Where should I begin?
If you are new to Natural Spa Beauty, we recommend starting with one of our handcrafted soap bars, botanical facial oils or core skincare essentials to build a simple, effective natural skincare routine.
For sensitive skin, our Gentle Calendula Soap and Organic Chamomile Hydrosol offer a calm and soothing introduction.
Each product page includes ingredient information, skin benefits and usage guidance to help you choose with confidence.
What should I expect when switching to natural skincare?
When switching to natural skincare, your skin may take time to adjust as it settles into a new routine. This transition period can last up to two weeks.
During this time:
- Stay hydrated
- Keep your routine simple and consistent
- Avoid introducing too many new products at once
- Allow your skin time to rebalance naturally
Do I need to patch test?
Yes. We recommend patch testing before using any new skincare, soap, body care or aromatherapy product.
To patch test:
- Apply a small amount to your inner forearm
- Leave for 24 hours
- Check for redness, itching or irritation
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are created with gentle botanical ingredients and are suitable for sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend checking the full ingredient list and patch testing before use.
If you have a known allergy or skin condition, please consult a healthcare professional before introducing a new product.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Some of our formulations contain essential oils, so we recommend checking the individual product ingredients and consulting your midwife, GP or healthcare professional before using new products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Yes. All Natural Spa Beauty products are vegan and cruelty-free.
We do not test on animals and we work with responsible suppliers who support ethical sourcing.

Do you offer samples?
We do not currently offer samples. Natural skincare works best when used consistently, and we recommend allowing at least 10 days to experience how a product works for your skin.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, or free on orders over £40.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery is £7.95 and is available for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday.
Next Day Delivery excludes weekends, bank holidays and some postcode areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional periods, bank holidays or courier delays.
How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking within two working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@naturalspabeauty.com.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Failed delivery attempts

- Bank holidays
- Courier disruptions

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In fully resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please email hello@naturalspabeauty.com to request return authorisation before sending any item back.
Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email hello@naturalspabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.
What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Please include photographic evidence where possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Are any items non-returnable?
