From Training to Real Business
A simple, real founder journey: how I trained, launched, and scaled Natural Spa Beauty.
Who I am
I’m the founder of a UK wellness brand called Natural Spa Beauty. I didn’t start with a factory, investors, or a big team. I started at home, learned the skills properly, and built step by step. This page shows how that journey actually worked.

Step 1: Learning the craft
Before selling anything, I trained professionally in organic skincare formulation with Formula Botanica just before lockdown.
This training taught me:
- How skin works and what it needs
- How to formulate safe, effective products
- How ingredients interact in real formulations
- How to create products that are legal and sellable
This was not DIY. It was professional, science-based training designed for people who want to start real businesses.

Step 2: Turning skills into a brand
Using what I learned, I created my first products at home and launched my brand from my kitchen table.
I tested my ideas by:
- Selling at local markets
- Listening to real customer feedback
- Improving products based on experience
This stage taught me resilience, problem-solving, and confidence.

Step 3: Learning business strategy
To grow beyond a small setup, I studied for an MBA at Durham University.
This helped me understand:
- Marketing and branding
- Pricing and finance
- Strategy and decision-making
- Sustainable and ethical business models
It allowed me to scale with intention, not guesswork.
