I’m new to Natural Spa Beauty. Where should I begin?
We recommend starting with one of our handcrafted soap bars or a core facial essential to build a simple, effective routine.
For sensitive skin, our Gentle Calendula Soap and Organic Chamomile Hydrosol offer a calm and soothing introduction.
Each product page includes detailed ingredient information, skin benefits and usage guidance to help you choose confidently.
What should I expect when switching to natural skincare?
When transitioning to natural formulations, your skin may take time to rebalance. This adjustment period can last up to two weeks.
During this time:
- Stay hydrated
- Maintain a consistent routine
- Avoid introducing multiple new products at once
- Allow your skin the space to recalibrate naturally.
Do I need to patch test?
Yes. We recommend patch testing before using any cosmetic product.
To patch test:
- Apply a small amount to your inner forearm
- Leave for 24 hours
- Check for redness or irritation
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Many of our formulations use gentle botanical ingredients. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing new products during pregnancy.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Natural Spa Beauty products are vegan and cruelty-free.
We do not test on animals and only work with responsible, ethical suppliers.
Where are your products made?
All products are handcrafted in small batches in Hitchin, UK by our Founder, Elizabeth.
Each formulation is created with intention, care and attention to ingredient integrity.
How do you source your ingredients?
We prioritise:
- Plant-based raw materials
- Ethical and transparent supply chains
- Sustainable sourcing practices
- Environmentally responsible packaging
- Our goal is to create products that respect people, animals and the planet.
Do you offer samples?
We do not currently offer samples. Natural skincare works best when used consistently, and we recommend allowing at least 10 days to experience a product’s full benefits.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free on orders over £40.
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.
Next Day Delivery (£7.95) is available for orders placed before 4PM, Monday–Friday (postcode exclusions apply).
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped (usually within 1–2 working days).
If you have not received tracking within two working days, please contact us.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Failed delivery attempts
- Seasonal demand
- Courier disruptions
If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please email hello@naturalspabeauty.com and we will assist you promptly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In fully resalable condition
Please email hello@naturalspabeauty.com to request return authorisation before sending items back.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
