How to use for baby
Ensure the room is comfortably warm and that your hands are clean and warm.
Dispense a small amount of oil into your palms and gently rub them together. Apply using soft, slow strokes, beginning with the legs and working gently over the body.
Use only a small amount and avoid the eyes, mouth and hands.

How to use for mother
Warm a small amount between your palms and massage gently into the body using slow, circular movements.
Use after bathing, before bedtime or whenever the skin feels dry and in need of additional care. Allow the oil to absorb before dressing.
